If your coach has set up a meal plan for you, it’s at the top of your nutrition screen.
How it’s structured. A plan is a rotation of days: day 1, day 2, day 3, and then back to the start. The app works out which day of the rotation today is, and shows what goes with it -- per meal, with dish and portion.
What you see. The dish or product, how much of it, and what it contributes to your day. At the bottom is the plan’s total next to your goals, so you can see whether it adds up.
It’s a suggestion, not a record. What’s in your plan is what your coach suggests. What you actually ate, you log yourself -- those are two different things, and the app deliberately keeps them apart. Otherwise a plan you didn’t follow would still show up in your figures.
Ate something else? Just log what you did eat. Your coach sees that, and it’s useful information: a plan that’s consistently not followed is a plan that doesn’t fit.
Don’t fancy a dish? Then you can swap it without spoiling your day. See Swapping a dish.
