Setting up your business

Your colours, logo and home screen in the app

How your members see your business: name, tagline, logo, colours, font, design and which tiles appear on the home screen.

Your members use the app with your business in it. Under Practice & system → App appearance you decide how that looks. Only the owner can change this, and what you can adjust depends on your plan: from Growth your own colours, from Gym also your logo and font.

Name and tagline. At the top of their home screen your members see your business’s name, with a line below the greeting. If you leave the tagline empty, ours appears there.

Logo. A PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG of up to 2 MB. It appears at the top of the app instead of your name. A landscape image with a transparent background works best.

Colours. The main colour is on the buttons, the accent colour on the small things that need to stand out. We calculate the text colour on your buttons ourselves, so it stays readable. If your colour looks like the red of an error message or the green of "done", you get a warning, so a notification doesn’t get lost among your buttons.

Design. How rounded the cards and buttons are, whether they have an outline, and whether there’s a shadow underneath. You can also put a photo in the header of the home screen. It fades to the left into your background colour, so a photo with calm space on the left works best.

The home screen. Choose which tiles your members see. Some are there by default; you add others if your business actually uses them. A tile for something that doesn’t exist is a button that does nothing. Your members can remove tiles they don’t use themselves, but can’t add anything you’ve turned off.

Preview and saved presets. On the right you see the home screen as your members will get it, with the same colours as the app. Save a combination you like as a preset, for example for a summer promotion.

When your members see it. The next time they open the app.
