If you guide participants in a combined lifestyle intervention (GLI, a Dutch scheme covered by health insurance), you track it under GLI. You find it in the menu under Clients, or under More features. You need the permission to read client records; to record anything, the permission to write them.

At the top are four figures: Running programmes, In coaching (phase 1 or phase 2), Meetings and Risk of dropping out.

Participants: programme, phase, attendance and how many measurement points there already are. (opens at full size in a new tab)
Participants: programme, phase, attendance and how many measurement points there already are.

Adding a participant. With Add participant you put a client of your business into a recognised programme: BeweegKuur, SLIMMER, CooL, Keer Diabetes2 Om, or another recognised programme by name. Enter the start date of the intake, and optionally the referrer, such as the GP practice. A client has one running programme at a time.

Phases. Each programme runs from Intake via Phase 1 · guidance and Phase 2 · guidance to Maintenance and Completed. The button for the next phase, such as To Phase 2 · guidance, moves it on; the date of each change is kept. Stop closes a programme that won’t be completed.

The table. Per participant the programme, the phase, since when, how many meetings they attended, and how many of the four measurement points there already are (Measured). With Measurement points you record the outcomes; see The GLI outcome register.

Meetings. With Add meeting you set up a group session or an individual conversation, with title, date and minutes. Then expand the meeting and tick who was there.

Overview for claims. A CSV with, per participant, the programme, the phase, when it started and ended, how often they attended in that phase, and the referrer. You use it to submit claims to the health insurer yourself. It’s an overview, not a file you can submit directly.
