Analysis and reporting

Revenue, occupancy, attendance, Fitscores and programmes between two dates, as a PDF in your house style or as a CSV.

Under Analysis & reporting you see what happened between two dates you choose yourself. You need the Analysis & reporting permission for this; whoever fills the timetable doesn’t need to see the revenue.

What’s in it.

  • Revenue per month: shop sales from your orders and memberships from your payments. An order that went through Stripe counts once.
  • Fitscore per client: how many clients are in each band of ten points, who had the biggest drop in four weeks, the lowest scores and the weakest component.
  • Occupancy per class type: booked places against offered places, with attendance and no-shows where you’ve signed them off.
  • Attendance per client: bookings, attendance and visits in the last thirty days.
  • Adherence per programme: how well your clients follow their path.

Filtering. By period, and per client where possible.

Downloading. Each report as a CSV for your own spreadsheet, or the full report as a PDF with your logo, colour and footer. What’s in that report by default is set under Practice & system → Reports.

Attendance only counts where you’ve signed off. If you didn’t tick anyone for a class, the system doesn’t know who was there. Then no percentage is shown.

No health judgement. The Fitscore measures how consistently someone does what they set out to do, and how much they move. Nothing more.
